Maisy-Rae is a creative young lady who sees the world differently. Her journey into story writing began as a way of adapting to her autism as a child. Not being able to socialise and finding the world challenging, she created a range of her own imaginary friends in her own safe world, making up fun stories and situations to help her adjust to life in the real world.Maisy has always wanted to be a writer, feeling now that it is the right time, relishing the opportunity to bring years of characters she has created over time, to life in her books.Maisy-Rae celebrates people’s differences using this to great effect in her books.
